  1. Drain the canned beans from the water.

  2. Fine chop the onions.

  3. Sauté the onion and chorizo slices in preheated oil.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Add the drained beans, and stir until all the beans are hot also.

  6. Season at this point with paprika.

  7. Add the flour, stir and pour the milk.

  8. Stir until the stew is thicken. (Is done when starting to boil).

  9. Serve with sour cream on top, slice of fresh bread, and can be sprinkled with fine chopped parsley. (Optional)
