Coarsely chop the onion and 1,5 bunch of spring onion.
If you have whole kimchi, that needs to be chop also.
I had chopped kimchi, so I skipped this step in this video.Except tofu, and half bunch of spring onion, place all the ingredients in a pot, inclusive water.
Mix well, cover with a lid, and let it cook, until the meat is totally cooked. If the meat is cooked, for sure everything else is cooked also.
Until the soup is cooking chop cube the tofu, and chop the remaining half bunch of spring onion.
When the meat is cooked, add the tofu.
Cook more 10 minutes on low medium heat. After 10 minutes add the chopped spring onion, and can be served.Serve with salty water cooked rice.
