Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet about 5 cm (2 inches) apart.
Bake
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
The tops of the cookies should not brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
