How to prepare this recipe
It is a real pampering breakfast. Plus good is that you can make the spinach, cheese and spring onion mix in the evening, and next morning all you have to do is to break an egg in each pot, and you’re done in 20 minutes.
This baked egg dish is really a great and delicious breakfast dish. It’s bursting with flavour and will definitely keep you going until lunch.

Simply serve with some crusty bread and you’re done.
Roughly chop the spinach and green onion.
Add the cheese cream to the spinach and green onion mix.
Season with salt and pepper and then mix well.
Spoon the mixture in 4 ovenproof dish.
Break one whole egg into each dish and add one cherry tomato.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes in 180°C (356 °F) preheated oven.
