Instructions
Put the cooked beans and chickpeas in a processor.
Add the onion, garlic and water to the mix.
If you have a smaller processor, make in 2 steps.
Process until you get a smooth paste.Place the processed paste into a large bowl.
Season with salt and oregano to taste, and mix well. Add the buckwheat flour (or your favourite flour), and mix.Form the burgers to the desired sizes, and fry them on preheated pan.
Put together the hamburger. Use your favourite vegetables, like cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and favourite cheese.
