Churros, The Spanish Fried Dough With Chocolate Sauce

Churros are a golden and crispy fried pastries. Is a type of fried dough from Spanish and Portuguese cuisine.

They are also found in Latin American cuisine and the cuisine of the Philippines and in other areas that have received immigration from Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries.

The main ingredient of churros is flour. The simpler they are, the better. Serve with chocolate toppings or with sugar and cinnamon. They are very fragrant and tasty.
This is an easy to follow recipe. Originally, there is no sugar in the dough, just a pinch of salt. The dough doesn’t have to be sweet, as the cinnamon, sugar coating and chocolate sauce also sweeten it.
