Don’t be intimidated by the name because this is an easy, one-pan, 30-minute recipe! Making classic Beef Stroganoff is easy! All you have to do is to follow our instructions in this video recipe 🙂
Heat 2 tbls oil in a large pan and add the strips.
Cook until just browned, and no longer red.
Season with salt and pepper and when is done, set aside.
Fine chop the onion, and slice the mushroom.
For next step use the same pan you used for fry the beef.
Sauté the onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
Add the flour, stir, and then add the beef broth.
Add the double cream and bring it to simmer.
Stir a few tablespoon sauce into the sour cream to temper it, so the sour cream doesn’t curdle.
Add into the pan while stirring constantly.
Add the mustard, Worcestershire and the fried beef strips.
Serve with rice, or pasta or mash potato.
