First, you can add various toppings according to your preferences. For example, crispy bacon is delicious. Simply add a few slices of bacon to the hot pan and fry until crispy. Then transfer it on paper towels to absorb excess fat. This will make it even more crunchy. Leave the bacon fat in the pan and fry the chicken in it, following the recipe steps.
And at the end, when the chicken recipe with sauce is ready, sprinkle the chopped bacon on top.

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6 minutes on each side.
    Then place the browned chicken in a plate or pot, and set aside.

  3. In the same pan add oil, garlic, chili flakes, chicken stock.
    Mix and then add the sour cream and spinach.
    Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place back the cooked chicken, stir, and bring it to boil.
    Dinner is ready.

  5. Serve with grated parmesan, and chopped green parsley.
    When you place back the chicken in sauce, you can add to the sauce parmesan and fresh parsley also. This is optional.

    As side dish you can choose potato, or pasta or rice.
