  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power. Check every 20 seconds, and stir until the chocolate is totally melted and smooth.

  3. Add the almond extract and stir in.

  4. Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate then place the on a plate, allowing excess chocolate to flows down, creating a spooky appearance.

  5. Place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
