Personally, I like these bloody fingers better than the other Halloween foods, simply for the gore factor! The taste is great too! Who can resist hot dogs baked in puff pastry with ketchup?
So now these Bloody fingers will be on my list of creepy Halloween food to make every year!
This Easy appetizer will be a huge hit at Halloween, I am sure about this. It is only few minutes to make, and your family or guests for sure will enjoy it.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
Cut stripes the puff pastry.
Roll the puff pastry halfway through the hot dog sausage.
Make a egg wash and brush the fingers.
Brush only the puff pastry, the sausage not.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden, and the sausages cooked through.
