  5. In a hot wok add the peanut oil or vegetal oil or pork fat. Then add the garlic and shallot and fry them for 3 minutes.

  6. Add the beaten eggs to the wok and stir it until it’s almost solid.
    Then add the cooked rice and mix it well.

  7. Add the soy sauce, msg, sambal and sesame oil, and over heat stir until well combined.

  8. Add the sliced green onions, mix and it is ready to serve.
