How to prepare this recipe
This cake was made for my daughter birthday. It is actually a chocolate cake, but we added some walnut, that’s why this is our creation. It turned out as a dream cake.

This Chocolate Walnut Cake is moist and sweet, but not too sweet.
In my opinion, a yummy slice of this richly chocolate walnut cake is always so satisfying mainly if we eat with cup of coffee or tea.
It has so much chocolate flavour, that any chocoholic will gonna love it. This amazing chocolate cake will remind you of the best dessert you have ever had.
First we make the sponge for the cake.
Preheat Your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
Separate the egg yolk from egg whites.
Beat the egg whites. When half is done, add the sugar and continue beating. Add the egg yolks to the egg whites.
Add the flour to the egg mixture, gently, to not broke the beated egg whites.
Add the cocoa powder also.
Put in a cake mold, and bake in 200 °C (400 °F) preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Make a tooth stick test after 8 to 10 minutes. After the sponge is baked, set aside until totally will be cold.
Meanwhile we make the filling for our cake.
For first step put the walnut in the oven to roast. 200 °C (400 °F), aprox. 5-6 minutes.
For second step melt the chocolate, add the sugar and cream cheese. Mix well. Put in the fridge to chill for 2 hours.
Whip the double cream, and add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Incorporate well.
Put the cake together as you can see in the video.
Melt the chocolate, pour to the top of the cake, and place the sweets, chocolates you choose in to the melted chocolate. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
