  1. Put the gelatine sheets in to water for 7 minutes.
    After 7 minutes bring to boil in a pan, and mix until dissolving.

  2. Roughly chop the chives.

    Mix all the ingredients, then blend until smooth.

  3. Mix the cottage cheese mixture with the gelatine.

  4. Pour the mixture in a baking tray, or mould, then place in fridge, and chill at list 4 hours.

  5. This dish is ideal with ham, eggs and vegetables.
