Is great to eat on Easter with ham and eggs.
Put the gelatine sheets in to water for 7 minutes.
After 7 minutes bring to boil in a pan, and mix until dissolving.
Roughly chop the chives.
Mix all the ingredients, then blend until smooth.
Mix the cottage cheese mixture with the gelatine.
Pour the mixture in a baking tray, or mould, then place in fridge, and chill at list 4 hours.
This dish is ideal with ham, eggs and vegetables.
