There is an extremely simple way to eliminate baking. Crush the biscuits into a powder, mix them with melted butter, and the dough can go to the bottom of the cake tin, all you have to do is put the cream on it.

With the thought of childhood, I made this super cake without baking with biscuits that is both tasty, good-looking and easy to prepare. It’s the kind of dessert you can make very quickly at evening when you get home from work. Put it in the fridge and the next day you will have a ready cake, like I did. I put it in the fridge, and the next day it was only good to be tasted.

Ingredients

For the base

For cream

Instructions

  1. Place the biscuits into a food processor and blitz to get fine crumbs.

  2. Add melted butter and milk to the crumbs and continue processing to combine.

  3. Add the crumbs to the cake tin and with a glass form the base of the cake. Place the base of cake into the fridge for at list 10 minutes. More is better.

  4. Mix the milk with gelatine. Set aside for 20 minutes, or until the gelatine will absorb the milk.

  5. Mix the sour cream (or yogurt) with condensed milk. Combine well with a hand mixer. Set aside.

  6. Whip the double cream until frothy.

  7. Mix and then melt gelatine in microwave (do not overheat!). Put in the microwave just for 10 seconds, stir, and if is necessary, but for another 10 seconds. Keep doing until the gelatine will be liquid again.

  8. Add the gelatine to sour cream (or yogurt) and condensed milk mixture. Combine well. If is lumpy (it is because the gelatine started to do its job) put in the microwave just for 10 seconds, stir, and if is necessary, but for another 10 seconds. Keep doing until the cream will be smooth and liquid with no lumps.

  9. Divide the cream into two equal parts. Add vanilla sugar in one part and cocoa powder in the other part. Mix well both parts. Cocoa is better if is mixed with a hand mixer, for better combine.

  10. Pour 6 tablespoons of cocoa mixture into the form on the cake base, then pour 4 tablespoons of vanilla mixture. Continue with 3 – 4 tablespoon of cocoa cream, then again 3 – 4 vanilla cream.
Keep doing until the cream is used up.

  11. Create a pattern on top if would you like, will look even better.

  12. Allow cooling. Place in fridge for at list 6 hours, or overnight.

    Enjoy, Good Appetite!
