    to 175°C  (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  7. Roll the dough into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls and roll them in granulated sugar.

  8. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between them.

  9. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  10. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s kiss into the center of each cookie.

  11. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
