Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, thyme, minced garlic, minced onion, salt and pepper to create a marinade.
Rub the marinade over the pork steaks, coating them evenly.
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the marinated pork steaks on a roasting pan or oven-safe skillet.
Place in the skillet the rosemary sprigs also.
Roast the pork steaks in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the pork steaks from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
