Apple and cinnamon wrapped in crust pastry – the world’s best flavour combination.
Peel and grate all the apples.
Add the sugar and cinnamon to the grated apples, and mix well.
Place one sheet of crust pastry in a baking tray.
Squeeze out the juice from grated apples.
Place the squeezed apples over the crust pastry.
Place the second sheet of pastry over the grated apples.
Poke steam holes into the pastry by using a fork.
Bake in 180 °C (360 °F) preheated oven for approx 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
