  11. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the two mixtures together to create a marbled effect.

  12. Cover the cake pan with aluminum foil and place it in a steamer basket.

  13. Steam over high heat for 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.

  14. Remove the cheesecake from the steamer basket and let it cool to room temperature.

  15. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
