Instructions
Peel the onion, garlic and vegetables. Slice or grate the vegetables. It is your choice.
Fine chop the onion and garlic.Preheat oil, and sauté the onion, garlic, and vegetables.
Add the chicken to the sautéd vegetables, and stir until white.
Season with salt and pepper, then cover with water, and cook over low heat until the chicken is semi-cooked.
Approx 20-25 minutes.Add the cauliflower florets (optional – pasta, noodle, dumpling) and cook until is done.
At the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley and keep warm until served.
