Slice the apples. Do not peel them.
Put the caramel and apple slices into the baking mold.
Beat the eggs, add the sugar, and keep beating.
Add the oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour.
Mix well together.
Put the batter over the apple slices.
Bake for 30 minutes in 190 °C (375 °F) preheated oven.
Let it cool down, and can be served.
