On Valentine’s Day, you can go safe with champagne! Create a divine cocktail by mixing Champagne or Prosecco, vodka, and fresh cranberries.

  1. In a jug, combine the cranberry juice, grenadine, and vodka with a handful of ice. Alternatively, do this in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and stir with a mixing spoon, or shake briefly in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Strain the cocktail into two champagne glasses.

  4. Drop one handfull of cranberries into each glass, then top up with Champagne or Prosecco to serve.
