On Valentine’s Day, you can go safe with champagne! Create a divine cocktail by mixing Champagne or Prosecco, vodka, and fresh cranberries.

  1. In a jug, combine the cranberry juice, grenadine, and vodka with a handful of ice. Alternatively, do this in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and stir with a mixing spoon, or shake briefly in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Strain the cocktail into two champagne glasses.

  4. Drop one handfull of cranberries into each glass, then top up with Champagne or Prosecco to serve.

    Enjoy, Happy Valentine’s Day!
