Spicy Black Bean Soup Recipe
This Spicy Black Bean Soup is a hearty and flavorful vegan and gluten-free soup. For sure will warm you up on a cold day. Made with black beans, vegetables, and spices. This soup is high in protein and fiber and is a great choice for a healthy and satisfying meal. It is easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients.
To make this soup, start by heating up some olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. And then add some diced onion, also bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened. On the other hand the jalapeno pepper gives the soup a nice kick of heat, but of course you can adjust the amount to your liking. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit it or use a milder pepper like a poblano or Anaheim.
