Too bad that the pictures or video can’t show how tasty the chicken breast is. In combination with the other ingredients, I had the feeling that there was a fireworks display in my mouth.

Cut bread in half, then cut in half lengthwise.
Cover with cheese and toast then in 180°C (356 °F) preheated oven until the cheese is totally melted, then set aside.
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper on both side.
Start to fry in a hot pan with a little oil.
Place to a baking paper and roast in oven for 15 minutes in 180°C (356 °F)
After oven, fry the chicken in butter for a few minutes.
Add to the melted butter the mustard, honey, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Add the dripping of the chicken from the baking paper.Mix well, cook for about one minute, then set aside.
Slice chicken, then put the sandwich together as is in the video.
